  5. Column Scan

The in-line process analyzer is equipped with integrity, repeatability, and no need for a sample conditioning system. We have successfully applied our oscillator load pull technology in application for process monitoring, real time chemical reaction monitoring, and purity determination of feed stock.

The measurement section (installed as a part of the liquid stream) continuously measures the process. The advantage over previous technology is the high resolution in observing the changes in molecular structure in a real time environment. This method give us response to structure and bond changes as well as elemental component determination.

The COLUMN SCAN Analyzer:

This patented, award-winning analyzer has a rugged stainless steel and ceramic design permitting operation over wide ranges of temperature and pressure. Its high sensitivity detects theses changes in absorbent loading down to parts per million (ppm). The normal decline of the bed integrity may be monitored and parameters dynamically adjusted to optimize performance and costs.

Oil Industry Low to Full Range Analyzers:

- Phase Dynamics, Inc. has the best-selling Water-Cut and Oil-Cut analyzers in the world. Our oil industry analyzers are being used from the North Slope of Alaska, to the south tip of South America, to the far reaches of Malaysia. These Microprocessor-based analyzers are capable of astounding speed and accuracy while withstanding any climate.

Insertion Probe Analyzer

Now, Low Range Insertable Water Cut Analyzer and a Full Range Analyzer are offered. The Low Range Analyzer is typically used for custody transfer or pipelines. The Full Range is used for emulsion control in tanks and for control of high water cut situations and interface control. The insertable unit does not require a bypass or flow around as is required for flow though units.

Chemical Analyzer

Selected by R&D Magazine as one of the 100 most technologically significant new products of 1992, "The Phase Dynamics Analyzer represents a fundamentally new measurement principal ideally suited for the food industry."
