Phase Dynamics Water
Cut Analyzers are in-line, real-time instruments that measure
the percentage of water in hydrocarbons. They offer the highest
accuracy in the low water range on the market, and are the only
Analyzers that can measure the full 0 - 100% water range with
reliability in both the "oil-continuous" and "water-continuous"
phases.
The Phase Dynamics "Pro-Cut"
Truck Unload Water Cut Analyzer measures the percentage of
water in crude in truck unloading applications. Its measurement
range is that of a Mid Range Water Cut Analyzer, with an accuracy
of +/- 1.0%. It is typically used in heavy product transport in
Canada.
The Phase Dynamics Water
Cut Analyzer Validation Loop offers a way of testing and validating
Low, Mid, High, and Full Range Analyzers by comparing their indications
to test fluids with known water cut. The loop includes all necessary
flow handling hardware, as well as system electronics and software.
The Phase Dynamics Parts per Million Water
Analyzer is a new extension of the Phase Dynamics water cut
technology. It is typically used for measurement in liquid
propane, propylene and other pipeline products to determine when
incoming product exceeds required moisture levels. It can also
be used in a gas pipeline to determine water content.
Another pipeline application product is the
Phase Dynamics Fiscal Skid, which combines a Phase Dynamics Low
Range Water Cut Analyzer with a corilois-type densitometer,
installed in by-pass to the pipeline. Its proprietary
electronics streamlines the calculation of net and standardized
process variables and the collection and graphing of daily,
weekly or monthly process data.
A recent addition to the Phase Dynamics product
range has been the Compact Cyclone Multiphase
Meter (CCM meter). It combines the proven Phase Dynamics Water Cut Analyzer
with the latest design of a Compact Cyclone which separates the
gas from the liquids before measurement. Using conventional methods
and standard industry-recognized components, it measures the production
of a well with the highest accuracy and has excellent turn down.
Phase Dynamics Chemical
Analyzers monitor chemical reactions by sensing changes in
molecular structure or formation of new species. They are typically
used in monitoring hydrogenation of food oils and manufacturing
of specialty plastic in the petrochemical and chemical industries.
The Chemical Analyzer was selected by R&D Magazine
as one of the 100 most technologically significant new products
of the year 1992.
